Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable but can be rescheduled for another date.

Cancellations made after the appointment time are not valid, and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to change your appointment date, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

The new appointment will be scheduled based on availability.

Consultation Terms & Conditions

All consultation services are limited to the specified duration and content.

The consultation will not include additional requests outside of the package. Any extra requests may be subject to additional fees.

In case of connection or technical issues during the online session, additional time may be granted, or a new time slot may be arranged.

Payment & Billing Information

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

After payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation email and invoice.

All payments are processed in Euro (€).
