Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable but can be rescheduled for another date.

  • Cancellations made after the appointment time are not valid, and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

  • If you need to change your appointment date, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • The new appointment will be scheduled based on availability.

Consultation Terms & Conditions

  • All consultation services are limited to the specified duration and content.

  • The consultation will not include additional requests outside of the package. Any extra requests may be subject to additional fees.

  • In case of connection or technical issues during the online session, additional time may be granted, or a new time slot may be arranged.

Payment & Billing Information

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

  • After payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation email and invoice.

  • All payments are processed in Euro (€).
